(1) In each state, there will be a state child rights committee under the chairmanship of the minister who deals with matters related to the state's children.
(2) At each local level, there will be a local child rights committee under the chairmanship of a member of such village executive or city executive appointed by the vice-chairman or deputy head of the village executive or city executive.
(3) The number of members in the provincial child rights committee and local child rights committee as per sub-sections (1) and (2) and the work, duties and rights of such committee and the meeting procedures shall be as determined by the provincial and local levels.
